The Delivery

We work with Parcelforce to deliver your order

We will send you full tracking details once your order has been paid, processed and despatched

We aim to deliver within 10 days everywhere in the UK for orders received Monday to Fridays. Please note there are no weekend deliveries and no current guarantee on delivery date.

Your parcel is fully tracked by the delivery team

We always obtain an electronic signature. Because of this, we cannot send to PO Box addresses

Speyside Distillers Company Ltd can only currently deliver distilled spirits to addresses within the UK. (please note Northern Ireland deliveries charge a supplement.). We can deliver to your home or work address, as you have entered it on the order, we cannot accept any liability if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. 

Deliveries to work addresses shall be deemed successful if a representative at that address accepts and signs for the goods.

Deliveries are made during business hours on Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery someone must be present to sign for the parcel.

Proof of age ID may be requested.

We shall not be liable (whether for the payment of compensation or refunds for late delivery or otherwise) for any failure to perform, or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside its reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, criminal act, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any public or private highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, government actions, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.
