TASTING NOTES:

Appearance: Rich gold, not typical of sherry whiskies, though with a darker hint in certain light.

Nose: Delicate aroma, notes of dried berry and summer fruits.

Palate: The delicate notes continue on the palate, with subtle, earthy flavours of fruit & nuts hinting at the effect of the Sherry cask here.  The higher abv% doesn’t mask these flavours, and adds a touch of white pepper. A few drops of water elevate the fruit flavours and creates a softer, silky texture.

Finish: Medium-long, with the sweet fruit flavours remaining balanced throughout.
