Fūmāre, derived from the Latin for smoke, continues to be our only expression in our portfolio of peated whisky.

This expression marks the final batch of peated single malt whisky from the Speyside Distillery which shut it’s doors in 2025.

Peated malt was distilled only twice a year during seasonal shutdowns aligning with scheduled still cleaning, each batch captures the distinctive smoky character cherished by connoisseurs.

This expression is matured exclusively in American oak ex bourbon casks.

Bottled at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, it presents a layered and harmonious whisky, where smoke sits naturally within the spirit.
