Byron’s Gins are hand-crafted by Speyside Distillery, using botanicals sourced from the distillery gardens and Cairngorms National Park.

Botanicals include Melancholy Thistle, Sweet Vernal Grass, Scot’s Pine, Rowan, Downy Birch & Aspen.

Tasting Note

Vibrant nose with notes of sweet juniper & pine, leading to a tangy, fresh citrus palate with further mellow notes of juniper. The finish is smooth, mellow & woody.

Enjoy over frozen red grapefruit segments, topped with sparkling mineral water to taste.
