Trutina, in Latin, translates as honest & pure, and this release signifies the natural, simple characteristics of our distillery. 100% maturation in bourbon casks, non chill filtered and with no added colour.  Limited releases of 1500 individually numbered bottles bottled at cask strength 59%

Tasting Note

"Pale gold / white wine appearance. A light nose, with an initial clean and fruity notes. All very delicate, with little to indicate the higher strength.
Initial flavours are of vanilla & cream soda, with the higher strength bringing in some bolder fruit flavours with a hint of white pepper to finish."
