Tasting Notes

Colour : Deep, rich amber

Nose : A lovely blend of marzipan and cranberry with a touch of sweet cinnamon spice, followed by

the warm, comforting aroma of dried fruits like Christmas cake. Subtle notes of ripe banana

and smooth oak add depth and warmth.

Palate : Rich with a honey-like sweetness that gently coats the palate. Tangy raspberry and blackcurrant

notes pair perfectly with velvety dark chocolate, creating an indulgent taste experience.

Finish : Clean but bold, with the creamy sweetness of Black Forest cake mixing with light citrus

blossom. The finish is smooth, elegant, and long lasting.
